Job Responsibilities
Supervise vehicles via remote equipment, identify driving risks/traffic rule violations, and take timely over control of vehicles.
Receive assistance requests initiated by users through the on-vehicle system: respond quickly, regulate customers’ emotions with proactive and caring service, build good customer relationships, properly resolve customer issues, and set an industry benchmark.
Receive driving risks and safety issues reported by customers/frontline customer service: distinguish the severity of issues and promptly coordinate with on-site disposal teams for proper handling.
During work, mark and report changes to driving maps, collect driving-related cases, submit risk/ordinary VOC (Voice of Customer) issues to the business side, and promote system optimization.
Job Requirements
Hold a driver's license for the corresponding vehicle class with at least 3 years of driving experience; no record of having 12 demerit points in any consecutive 3 scoring cycles; no record of serious traffic violations (e.g., speeding over 50%, overloading, running red lights) in the past year.
No record of drunk driving or driving under the influence of alcohol; no record of taking state-controlled psychotropic drugs or narcotics; no record of traffic accidents causing death or serious injury for which the applicant was held responsible.
Meticulous, down-to-earth, and highly responsible; strong pressure resistance, good learning and logical organization abilities; proficient in learning and proactively identifying problems, with the ability to quickly recognize and summarize received issues.
Possess risk awareness and good communication & collaboration skills; able to quickly and accurately assist on-site colleagues in handling daily/emergency incident response.
Prior experience as an on-site safety operator or in safety disposal is preferred.
